For Bachelor’s level programs, TOPIK/ IELTS/ TOEFL language certificates (in most cases, only one of the certificates is required), your academic performance, additional certificates, etc.
For Master’s level programs TOPIK/ IELTS/ TOEFL language certificates (in most cases, only one of the certificates is required), your academic performance, additional certificates and research plan.
For Korean language courses at the university, the minimum requirement is High school diploma. Some universities have age restrictions.

Yes, it is! However, the list of 100% English-track majors is limited.
Bachelor’s degree program (2 semesters per year): appr. €1,800~4,200
Master’s degree program (2 semesters per year): appr. €3,200~ $6,500
Korean language courses at universities (4 semesters per year): appr. €1000 to $1,400
For Bachelor’s & Master’s level programs, preferably six months to a year before admission.
For Korean language courses at universities, 3-6 months before admission.
For full scholarship programs (ex: GKS), preferably a year or two before admission.
